Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the following parties:

Buyer:
The individual or entity placing an order through the website. The Buyer's identity and contact information are recorded at the time of order placement.

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website (iroxgear.com), in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts.

• •Product details, specifications, and prices are listed on the website.
• •All products are custom-made to order based on the Buyer's selections.
• •Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the products.
• •All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• •Payment is made at the time of order via credit/debit card through iyzico secure payment infrastructure, or by bank transfer.
• •The Buyer confirms the order upon completing payment. No credit card information is stored on our servers.
• •Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

• •Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during order placement.
• •Every item is handmade to order. The total time from confirmed payment to delivery is on average 5 to 12 weeks, covering production, dispatch from Türkiye and international transit.
• •By placing an order the Buyer expressly agrees to this delivery period, which the parties adopt in place of any shorter default period that would otherwise apply.
• •If an order is likely to fall outside this range, the Seller will notify the Buyer by email. As the goods are made to the Buyer's own measurements and production will have begun, the order cannot be cancelled for a full refund; the Seller will instead offer a partial refund proportionate to the delay, or a gift item of equivalent value, at the Buyer's choice. This does not affect any mandatory right the Buyer has where the Seller fails to deliver at all.
• •Shipping costs, if applicable, are communicated to the Buyer before order confirmation.
• •The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or the shipping carrier.

• •All orders ship from Türkiye. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and cover the goods and the shipping service only.
• •Prices exclude any import duty, customs charge, VAT, brokerage or handling fee levied by the destination country. These are set by the Buyer's own customs authority, are payable by the Buyer, and are neither collected nor received by the Seller.
• •The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, and for supplying any telephone number or tax identifier the destination country requires for customs clearance.
• •The Buyer is responsible for confirming that the goods may lawfully be imported into the destination country.
• •If a shipment is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because import charges were unpaid or the address was incorrect, the outbound shipping, return shipping and any customs charges incurred are deducted from any refund due.
• •Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer on delivery.

In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

• •Products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's personal requests or needs (custom-made products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal per Article 15(ç) of Law No. 6502.
• •As IROX K9 Gear collars, harnesses, muzzles and leashes are made to the Buyer's own measurements and specification, they fall within this exception. The equivalent exception applies in the EU and the UK for goods made to a consumer's specification.
• •Any stock item sold without customisation remains subject to the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right.

Where the Buyer resides outside Türkiye, nothing in this Agreement removes any consumer right that the law of the Buyer's country of habitual residence makes mandatory.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days with photographs. The Seller will evaluate and resolve the issue at no additional cost.

• •By placing an order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this Agreement.
• •This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Buyer who is a consumer of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of their country of habitual residence.
• •The language of this Agreement is English. The Turkish text below is provided for convenience; in the event of a conflict, the English text prevails.
• •In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's or Seller's domicile shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
• •This Agreement takes effect upon order confirmation and remains in force until all obligations are fulfilled.
